AN IMPRESSIVE HISTORY

Since 1961, the Foulke Law Firm has been representing clients with cases that encompassed a wide variety of issues. These included negligence trials, family law, corporate law, trusts and estates, and commercial litigation by the late firm founder Walter C. Foulke, Jr, Esq. After his passing, his son Evan M. Foulke, Esq. focused on cases dominated by Construction Accidents, Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents and other Personal Injury Accidents, Employment Discrimination, Child Sexual Abuse and Medical Malpractice.

With a father whose sole mission in life was to help other people, Attorney Evan Foulke has been inspired to seek justice for people in need of fair compensation for life-altering injuries, including physical, mental and emotional, sustained in accidents due to negligence as well as illicit acts within the work environment or against vulnerable children.

Shown above is the handsome Foulke Law Firm Building which has its own historic roots.

This architectural gem is located at 55 Main Street in the historic village of Goshen, New York, the Orange County seat. As the County seat, the village of Goshen is the center of Orange County government which includes the courthouse and other buildings that house government operations. Dating back to the early 1700s, this village is notorious for beautiful historic structures, many of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Another impressive village landmark, The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame celebrates Goshen's still functioning trotter racetrack, the oldest in the United States. Sharing in this rich history, the Foulke Law Firm building served as the stables for the trotters in early 1800s. More than one hundred years later, this building was painstakingly updated to retain all of its historical integrity. Hardly a block away stands a group of buildings commemorated by a historic marker identifying them as "Lawyer's Row," as a testament to the profession's presence here for almost two centuries.
